Paul J. Resten - Executive Vice President

Mr. Resten is a career sales and marketing executive and has a track record of success in Senior Business Development, Sales Management, and Marketing Management roles. Mr. Resten has managed the development and marketing strategies for several Boston area residential development projects including the 116 unit Malden Place Condominiums in Malden MA, the 54 Unit Concord Commons project in West Concord, MA and Greenway Place, the first Luxury Residential Condominium conversion project along the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston. Mr. Resten is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and is active in several trade organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI and is active volunteer in the American Cancer Society –Road to Recovery program as well as a board member for local youth sports programs.
