With over 26 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Mr. Whittier has had an extensive history of results oriented, executive leadership and a track record of improving revenue, profitability and competitive positions. Mr. Whittier has directed the growth of numerous companies from startup to values in excess of $55 million, led the reorganization of the largest company of its kind in New England, and directed a 23,000 acre master plan securing the largest re-zoning of any industrial development in the country (5,500 acres) with a build to suit program averaging 1.1 million square feet annually.
