Cheryl Bliss Waxman - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Bliss Waxman is a career real estate sales professional with successful experience in on-site real estate sales in Florida working at the PGA National Communities and in Greater Boston area. For the past 14 years she has been involved in marketing residential real estate in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Charlestown and Waterfront neighborhoods as broker for Itzkan and Marchiel /Coldwell Banker. Ms Bliss Waxman has also directed the on-site sales and marketing efforts at several Boston and suburban residential projects including Greenway Place, the first Luxury Residential Condominium conversion project along the Rose Kennedy Greenway. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Central Florida and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and a member of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Ms. Bliss Waxman is also a board member of the Charlestown Mothers Associations, and is a committee member for “Birthday Wishes” an organization that coordinates birthday celebrations for children living in homeless shelters in Boston.
